Hotel growth in Uganda started in the 19th century, a decade after independence during the colonial period. This saw the growth of accommodation, transport and infrastructure in Uganda (tourism.) Brookhaven is situated along DeKalb County’s western edge. It is an unincorporated city of Georgia that adjoins Buckhead and Sandy Springs. It lies on the west side of Chamblee, on the north section of Buford Highway and it is south of Intersection 285. Peachtree Road bisects Brookhaven as its historic community lie along its northern section, stretching over Windsor Parkway, Peachtree-Dunwoody Road and Mabry Road.
